Let the discussion be focused on the theme. Concrete issues can be solved and will be solved. There are many generic contacts and those will be read, even Mail-Accounts! With people behind who will take care..... Which telephone number is wanted or needed? I personally find the INOC-DBA a good thing and surprise it works (some limitations are known) ;-) My suggestion is, to us the well known mail-addresses, if this does not work try again or use a "trampoline" address.
