As far as I know, Martin has used parts of the SpamAssassin Code that handles URI's to implement the feeding of URI's found in mails sent to spamtraps to uribl.swinog.ch But you also have to maintain quite a large whitelist or special rules to prevent some URI's like 'co.uk' being feed as this would match nearly every uk URI.
