Slightly off-topic again..but....
Tried this weekend to send alarming messages via asterisk
with the smsq helper application....
Has anyone being successful on this topic? Or are there
some limiations using a SIP provider calling the
SMSC number 0622100000?
All I get is a:

(Retry 1)
