Some of my costumers has many problemes to receive an IP from CC. One has
written that he is receiving only 1 IP elese 4.
An other costumer say that the line will be brocken every 30 till 50
minutes...

A customer just called me because he could no longer log in to his ftp
account.
I noticed that the domain he was looking for (surface-design.ch) does
not resolve on the cablecom name servers although it is correctly set-up
and registered with switch...
It was working until yesterday, anybody know of any problems?
