Hi Marco, Do you mean QoS or SLA?
In case you meant SLA: You can configure IP SAA in order to measure network parameters (packet loss, jitter...) between key Cisco routers. Then you can use HP OVPI to query those routers, built graph and send alarms via SNMP into NNM. This is rather tricky and long to be done (6 months or so) - I strongly recommend you to have an Oracle guru with you.
