Noone moves to pure IPv6 these days. I don't consider this question serious. Init7 carries ~60 v6 prefixes via BGP and has ~20 /48 customer assignments, mainly to colocation and carrier ethernet customers. This is not too much yet, but it's a start. Regarding residentials (xDSL via BBCS) - we have an open task, and we will deliver native v6 "soon(TM)" ...
