Same Problem in 5605. Tryed a couple of time to call cablecom customer service under: 0900 66 0900. Either I don't got through the menue at all (after choosing 1 for german there was just silence, or there was silence after typing in my postcode.). Then I just took patience. After about 10 minutes of silence I got music on hold. About all 5 minutes I got information that I could get more information about my accounts on their web-page and that the next agent would answer my call. After 45 minutes I got through to an agent who told me that there is a smal regional problem where I live and that the techs are about to fix it. -Benoit- _______________________________________________ swinog mailing list [email protected] http://lists.swinog.ch/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/swinog
