Hi,

Short summary: I got the most recommendations for the SL60 by Huber+Suhner. 
This is not a FSO device but operates in the 60Ghz range. Apparently it is more 
reliable in fog and snow conditions than FSO. On the other side the max. 
distance of the SL60 gets shorter in heavy rain. Here are the links to the
