Good. It is always a bit surprising indeed to see when those problems
happen.

Not everybody gets that right, they learn though after a while ;)

I would definitely say Signal as it covered a problem affecting the
Internet in Switzerland which likely affected quite a few people on the
list and possibly more importantly their users.

Noise would have been "Sudan is broken"
