Hello, Whith the Abos of UPC Cablecom (like Horizon) and I think too with a normal fiber 7 you can't have the the services BGP. I don't think any provider make this service by the low buget abos.
The second problem when you haven't an office Abo by UPC. You havn't a fix IP... By fiber 7 you must talk with Fredy. For Lines with services BGP you must pay 1500.-- and more (every month) When you want Surfing on this to lines. Is it possible with a Firewall like fortinet... There you can configurate it.
