Hello, I know this is Swinog but we’ve recently encountered a case that we are having issues solving. We’re a Swiss company in the process of opening new offices in Frankfurt but are having a lot of problems trying to reach the local telcos in order to get quotes regarding the connectivity we can obtain at proposed locations.
This is due to contact numbers not working from abroad and german-only speaking help desks. Yes, unfortunately I don’t speak german so that makes that much more complicated :-) So my question is, would someone here happen to have a contact for German providers such as Deutsche Telekom that I can contact from Switzerland ? If you can provide us this connectivity, we could be interested as well. We’re looking to get set up basic business-grade internet, preferably not a dedicated line, over fiber.
