Not a peering issue, but a DNS mapping issue.

You are tracerouting to San Francisco, US from Europe, the results are
pretty much what you'd expect.

It seems like you are using HE Network Tools Site, so maybe that is
the reason you get DNS records for San Francisco.


Tracerouting from init7 to 20min.ch on their website
(https://www.as13030.net/traceroute.php) points to 3.165.190.46 and
the results are within 20 milliseconds, so there is definitely no
major issue here.

Do your own tests, don't trust cheap tools.
