As NSP we have to be very strict regarding what will be announced towards
the customers (most of them are ISPs).
There where discussions regarding some of the policy we actually use in our
network but I think this is one of the easiest way to protect the customers
and ourself.
Do you remember the time a full BGP table used some few megs ?
At that time nobody was really caring about reducing the prefix amount...
