Hello all, The final technical draft for "lawful interception" has been agreed today and I've asked if the DBA (Dienst f�r besondere Aufgaben) of the Departement UVEK would present this at the next SWINOG meeting in Berne on 17. April 2002.
A couple of minutes ago I got the email from the boss of DBA, Mr. de Werra confirming the presentation. So this going to be very interesting because *every* BAKOM registered ISP (and any of you should be...) *has* to implement this within 12 month until April 2003. This is quit important, so make sure you can make it to the 17. April 2002 SWINOG.
