Andre, I don't agree with your perception: ISP/Companies in general have to deploy what ever filters they see fit to protect their network and their legal position. If you are a customer it shouldn't matter if you are a ISP or not.
In my view its not how the filters that are implemented that is at fault. Its the fact that you have to filter at all, fix that and the rest of your issues are moot. Regards, Neil. -- Neil J.
