let me see what I can do. I personally will be somewhere at a beach when 
Swinog-5 runs enjoying my vacation, but for sure I'll try to organize a 
speaker.
Regarding the topics, we just did organize a half day event for carriers 
regarding AToM and L2TPv3 and we had quite a lot of people there, so I 
guess it's going to be a recap for those of them that attend Swinog-5 as well.

VRF-lite is just one feature which is also interesting for non MPLS 
providers (since no MPLS is needed). Let me see if we can enlarge the topic 
a bit and bring an update on remote access technologies or so.
