I do it on MAC Addresses. Actually anything i try didn't work. So let's

Did you use MAC Accounting or BGP Policy Accounting?
If the latter, try the documentation on

http://www.switch.ch/misc/leinen/snmp/monitoring/bucket-accounting.html

I don't have any idea whether Juniper supports something like MAC
Accounting.
