Since I'm not too familiar with the nitty gritty technical layout of the Swisscom Fixnet ADSL/IPSS network I am hoping someone on this mailing can provide me with the answer. Can the Swisscom ADSL network deliver support IP based multicast traffic to/from an end user? I suspect that it may be independent from the actual network since each ADSL session is terminated at the edge of the ISP network and therefore the 1st hop between the end user and the ISP network is the termination point.
