Hmmm ... grab ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/dbase/split/ripe.db.aut-num.gz, write a small script matching some buzzwords and you get a descent list of ASN. Throw these ASN to extended RADB and you get a nice already sorted list of prefixes. It takes you not more than 30min to do all this stuff.
