Will our lovely "Canton de Vaud" pay for all the call to our call-center because
the failed reason (website unreachability) is not clear.
I also think it's a good idea, it will avoid a lot of call to you helpdesk. And the
customers does not have to also pay (for the call to 0900XXX) for that creasy
decision.
