Well, with the current wording they might shoot themselves in their foots. The law specifies (in my own poor translation) that a provider should be put in prison who provides access to illegal *games* according to the law. As long as the gambling sites encrypt the games with HTTPS there's nothing to block since you don't know whether an encrypted connection contains a game or "regular" traffic. Or am I too simplistic here? Btw.: Are the telephone companies aware of that new law?
