Hi Victor
you're right there is a ip classless.
but i can't add network 195.129.116.0 mask 255.255.255.0.
if i "sh conf" after "wr" it shows allways without " mask 255.255.255.0"
even with our without "ip classless"

Thanks for Help
Rog

Why didn't you put the netmask on the network?

I'm sure that somewhere in the router you configured "ip classless", so you cannot assume, that the router will automatically assume, that 195.129.116.0 is a C-Class network...

Viktor

Hello

We do have some strange problem.
we should announce 2 networks:

1. 217.118.192.0/20
2. 195.129.116./24

In our Router the bgp config says:

router bgp 16221
 no synchronization
 bgp router-id 217.118.192.109
 bgp log-neighbor-changes
 bgp deterministic-med
 network 195.129.116.0
 network 217.118.192.0 mask 255.255.240.0

what does your router see?
only the 217.118.192.0/20?
why not the 195.129.116.0/24?
strange, strange... :(

cheers
Roger
