I was just checking with Michel Streiff and no physical works have been done at the TIX Switch. I'm not sure but I don't think that any other SW configuration work has been performed either. What happend is that for some reason the first management module gave up and the backup management took over (first interruption). The first one then rebooted and took command back (second inter- ruption a handful of seconds later). I suspect some "crash" or other condition within FoundryOS which made it reload itself to prevent a hang. Pretty unusual. Maybe a software upgrade should be done. I always hesitated to do one because of "never change a working system". But this doesn't seem to apply anymore ;-) I'll get in contact with the IXEurope Switching platform guys in London to consider an OS upgrade. -- Andre ---------------------------------------------- [EMAIL PROTECTED] Maillist-Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/swinog%40swinog.ch/
