Up to now, if I have counted correctly, I have 7 votes for key signing.
If there aren't many more, I think we can safely do this during a break
or after lunch.  If there are many more, we should probably postpone it
to another SwiNOG meeting as Michel has pointed out already (e.g. in
combination with a speech about the PGP Web of Trust).

As for how such an event is organized, the GPG Keysigning Party Howto at

mentions also decentralized sessions during which the participants
verify their key information informally on a one-to-one basis. This has
the downside that probably not all keys will be signed by all the
participants.
