well, 
next step would be the "gemeinde" will be responsible f�r the 
security of your home, and will install better looks and bulletproofed 
windows, and a Save as well, all for free ;-)
this would then of course raising the tax.

And for internet users, maybe a matter of time each have to pay 
internet security tax. 
golden times ahead .. i thinking more and more about my future will 
be on a farm and taking care of cow's and sheep's
