In not so wide future, we will stop using email because of the exessive spam :-/
Perhaps we must make a transparent proxy for port 25 on our networks to filter (virus + spam) all the outgoing mail (from any machine connected on the network), ...
It will be hard but we must win or people will go away of internet and we will loose our jobs, ...
