Could someone give me a REAL tech contact @ Cablecom ?
I have a customer whose hispeed 2000 died and tried to send a support request from http://mica.swissonline.ch/supportanfrage/index.asp?Language=FR&Customer=2 but when posted got (both from konqueror & Firefox) :
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
I wouldn't like him to pay CHF 2.13/min to tell you that your have some docsis troubles ...
