three remarks: If you count traffic/member it's the same. IIRC there is also quite a lot of fibres terminating in NL. Also don't forget that quite a large portion of the German Internet (aka Deutsche Telekom) does not cross DE-CIX. btw: traffic/member ... PARIX's figures [1] are impressive!
