although I don't really work for the abuse desk, I might be able to help you. Where is the problem?
I can not speak for Matthias but i guess he's got a problem with some virii infected machines at the cablecom network.
I sent also a lot of abuse messages to cablecom but i don't know whether someone is doing anything.
I saw clients from business lines 4 or more days sending rabish after the mail to the CC Abuse Desk.
It would be very nice to see anything from a CC Abuse Person in news:ch.admin and in the swinog list and also swinog antispam list to talk about general CC issues.
