Have you changed the ftp_user from the domainless default to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ? Some FTP Server check the given email address on anonymous logins.

When the customer enters ftp://ftp.domain.com he gets:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

An FTP authentication failure occurred while trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://ftp.domain.com

Squid sent the following FTP command:

Your cache administrator is bla bla

I he tries ftp://user:[EMAIL PROTECTED] it works. No matter if I use internet exploer or Netscape Navi
