Just talked with IP-Plus customer care. According to them they're experiencing a 
'dns-problem' (although that's the person on the phone that said it like that, which 
doesn't mean it's accurate and might as well be bgp related). 
 
Anyhow, according to the CC representative, both 2nd level support and application 
support are working allready on the issue. Customers will be updated as asap.
