Hiya! Yes, the whole Bundesverwaltungs-network (131.102/16,163.23/16, 193.5.216/21) will be multihomed at the end of the year. We are already planning for that multihoming inc. speed-upgradesince since several months.The most "design" work is done for our new multihomded Internet-Access and we can go further with implementation. All our (Upstream)-Peering points will be @TIX and @CIXP - we have our own "lines" from our network to these IXPs.
And Yes, admin.ch was not reachable yesterday evening/night. We have to investigate the outage of admin.ch and if the IPPLUS-prop was the reason for that.
