ok, here we are. Mr TAC said, "passive-interface" doesnt exist in OSPF while running within a VRF. This is known and the engineers are planning to add this feature (one day :-P), eh... He proposed as a workaround to use an ACL to filter the OSPF multicast packets. In the mean time I've found something which would probably be better than an ACL. "ip multicast rate-limit out 0".
