What do you mean? Tiscali runs Multicast natively in their
international network, and it actually works, too. ;-) That
being said, we are waiting on the Olympics to be over so
that BBC will combine their two networks and then have
Multicast on the same network, so we do a native peering
over Xchangepoint... (just spoke with the Multicast freak
of BBC this week at the LINX meeting)

Besides all that I may not have understood your question
fully.
