Send them to www.linuxhotel.de ("Linux Admin Grundlagen"). That's what we're doing with people from 1st Level Support. No idea whether the courses are worth their money, but in September our first employee is taking that course and after that we know :) (they also have a course where you build your own Knoppix-Distribution together with Klaus Knopper, so they must be doing something right). Our goal is to have them at LPIC-1 level by the end of next year. There's a LPIC-1 course at the HSR (that's just next to our office) co-held by Marco Huggenber- ger which we're currently evaluating. Maybe I'm too optimistic, but it would be nice if you could call our support line and they could not only explain to you how to configure MS Outlook, but also how to compi- le a Linux kernel :)
