you may know Rob Thomas from team cymru. He did some Security Documents "secure XXX template" and maintains the bogon IP list(s)
In the "Secure Bind template" he uses his bogon list. The template gets updated when th bogon list changes, but people using it don't.... (the same problem exists for routers etc. pp.)
