Right, that's what I was thinking.
But actually, the case became a bit tricky as long as the organisation is supporting (for instance artsits, bands, etc) and hosting website for free. So having just a website and mail for a small org. is simple, but getting the machine hosted is not quite the same I guess :)

We usually sponsor such organisations, especially the small regional ones. It really depends on the requirements, basic services like e-mail and web-hosting are usually not a problem. I think other ISPs are doing the same, you've just to find the right person to talk to ;-)
