What if you buy your pc in parts ? Maybe they will make a table with quota of % that your CPU or memory represents in the total fee :) Heeee ? :)
The emphasis is on _internet capable_ PC. So if you have internet connectivity at home I guess that qualifies you as someone who needs to pay the GEZ. Having a TV-Card or similar equipment _does not_ require you to pay the GEZ.
