Ok, there was nothing special on the Foundry I could see. The MAC addresses of the ports with trouble were in the CAM and everything. As last resort I have reloaded the switch. All ports seem to be fine now again. The switch had an uptime of 340 days. However I not convinced that this was a switch problem. It looks suspciouly like a spanning tree problem.
