It looks like a personel attack from Marcel, regarding me! :-(
Sorry if there was some misunderstanding about our pricing situation. Just to clear this...
Pricing policy is management responsibility and we as technicians can't do any changes on it. The only thing we can do with this issue, is live with the complaints.
I'm very sorry about this situation and i hope Marcel's mail cleared any unclear issues.

- FastEthernet Patching at Tix-1 Rack to a Tix-1 Rack is onetime CHF 150.00 CHF
- FastEthernet Patching at Tix-2 Rack to a Tix-2 Rack is onetime CHF 250.00 CHF
Reason why TIX-2 Patching is not the same Price as Tix-1 is that the Building Cost.
and the Cabeling Cost are mutch higher then Tix-1. This Infos i get from Sascha Kaufmann.
