AJ, call the hotel and ask for Francis. He is the front desk manager and will right any mistakes that have been made. When I called for my reservation, I waited until the day shift came in to take care of this. I have found if you call the night clerk (the older lady, she's nice but if you have special requests, it's better to have a manager take care of it that knows our group.)
I have every year two specific requests: 2 large double beds, non-smoking. The non-smoking room is a must, I can be flexible on the double beds-can live without it-I just ask for it because I prefer the extra space. My suggestion: call Francis during day shift hours and give him a chance to make things right.
