Maryanne, a few hours after leaving the Fest, I became very ill. I had
swelling in mt throat Sunday morning and on the drive home, I lost my voice and
even trying to talk was very painful. When I got back in my home area, I
attempted to check into a 2 meter net as a "check in only" and the net control
station could understand why as I croaked my call sign out. I went to bed
early with the intention of contacting my doctor this morning but when I awoke
this morning to let my dog out, I was fine. Maybe you'll get better as
quickly; we can only hope.
