Good afternoon - I just got off the phone with my contact at the Doubletree.
When they set up the mix of rooms to assign to the block set aside for Fest participants, they had only a couple doubles, and those were taken. They have since added 15 doubles to the block of available rooms. So, if you had wanted a double and none was available, please call the hotel back, refer (if possible) to your confirmation number, and have your room type changed. Thanks for your patience!
