The review appears to be 100% focused on the domestic audience, which isn't really a surprise, but I was interested in seeing if there was any more in there regarding how they will serve non-UK (thus non-licence-fee-paying) audiences. I believe there may be an opportunity for them to allow deeper access to their programming archives in exchange for a subscription fee. I'd like to see one fee for each radio service only (hopefully a small fee) versus a fee for both radio and TV service combined.
