As of right now, the special Fest rates ($94 single/double per night) will apply to reservations made by February 4th, four weeks before the event.
We'll see if we can formally get this extended a week or two. Even after the online capability vanishes, the hotel was good about honoring the Fest rates as long as space was available...up until February 4th the block of rooms is set aside exclusively for Festers.
