Actually, it was Maggie Avener and her colleague Paul (not Pete
Tridish) who came to last year's SWLfest and presented a Prometheus
Radio Project talk (and information table.) Pete Tridish stepped
down from his "Director of Electromagentism" post at Prometheus last
year, but he's still very active in the grassroots LPFM community.
The long-awaited "second-adjacent" FM channel frequency allocations
for LPFM (that have been long fought against by NAB) will be a breath
of fresh air for new noncommercial radio voices in the Philadelphia
area and across the U.S.
I just reached out to Prometheus about having a table at this year's
SWLfest, and they're interested. What's the deadline for their confirmation?

Pete joined us at the Winter SWL Fest last March, I believe.
Certainly Prometheus Radio Project was there!
