Our agreement with the Doubletree keeps a block of rooms set aside exclusively for the Fest until February 9th.
After that date, the hotel can then open the space up to others wishing to stay there, though they will honor the Fest special rate ($94) after February 9th, as long as space is available. The capability to reserve rooms online will go away as of February 9th, so if you want that added convenience, do so by then. If you wish to reserve hotel rooms via phone, the hotel's phone number is 610-834-8300. The Group Name is "Winter SWL Fest" -- please use that specific name so the reservations agent can access the special $94 rate. The Group Code is "WSF" - not sure you need that, but it might help.
