Just a reminder that your last day for online reservations for the hotel is February 8th.
Keep in mind that this option is only available for Thursday night - Saturday night stays - you have to call the hotel directly (610-834-8300, ask for Donna in Convention Services) for any chance at a discounted room for Wednesday night. You also have to mention the Winter SWL Fest. Once February 9th arrives, we lose exclusive access to our block of rooms - while the hotel will honor the $94 rate as long as they have space, they also can sell the rooms to other guests, and you then run the risk of the hotel selling out all together. As of February 9th, you'll have to phone the hotel and work with Donna in Convention Services to get the Winter SWL Fest rate. Countin' down the days...
