Interesting. When I learned about this Aero service at the SWLest I wondered how they'd be dealing with the copyright issues. Apparently they'll be litigating them.

Does Aero use a separate rented TV antenna for each subscriber? That would seem to be less of a legal issue. If yes, that could be one big TV antenna farm!
