I outfitted my winradio excalibur with the DRM license several months ago. At that time the DRM web page seemed to be out of date, haven't checked it lately. I've only managed to hear REE and Vatican Radio on DRM...and recently Radio New Zealand International in the evening on 25 meters...that was the best DRM experience so far.
